You can return your contact lenses for a full refund within 30 days from the delivered date. Any shipping costs you incurred are not refundable.
Exchanges are welcome if your prescription changes within one year of your last exam.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your contact lens boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and unmarked (i.e., no writing or stickers on the boxes).
If you receive a product or lenses that are damaged in shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, you may return it within 30 days from the delivered date and we’ll arrange for a replacement order.
Bring your contact lens boxes to your nearest MyEyeDr. location. Our team will take care of everything. If you ordered online, bring a copy of your receipt (either printed out or on your phone). Do not mail the lenses back. You must return them in person.
If you are part of our MyAnnualSupply, program, we offer additional flexibility including the replacement of torn or lost disposable contact lenses within one year of your last exam.
